Fully grown/attached on steel mesh for at least 10 weeks

As the name would suggest, Crescent Moss grows very fine curved fronds with densely spaced, pointed leaves that are golden yellow to brownish-green in colour.

Crescent Moss grows relatively quickly and is perfect for creating dense spreading midground bushes or attached to hardscape. It does not attach easily so cyanoacrylate gel superglue or cotton thread can be used to affix it to hardscape while it attaches itself.

Crescent Moss is easy to grow, requiring medium lighting or higher for best growth. Under low lighting conditions the unique curved growth form will not be apparent. CO2 is not required and this moss prefers temperatures below 25°.
